The establishment of waste collection door to door, reached 77% in the first month in the town of Pizzoli, shows that any project, if desired really, can be achieved. Evidently, even in communities characterized by a territory divided morphologically and characterized by many localities, it can then operate the waste collection door to door. Unless, of course, there are no other conflicting interests.
